      They have a very significant product line offering.

      Cons

      Management changed too many times during my tenure. Unrealistic goals. Redundancy and confusion.

      Pros

      BDE program when started in 2011 created a motivated focused group of hunters. Pay was incentive based and highly challenging.

      Cons

      Program was changed in 2014 from selling the entire product line to selling one product DEF- a product the company did not have a competitive position on.
