      Pros

      The line managers and staff were great. Benefits were good.

      Cons

      Top leadership was lacking. Disorganized strategy. Leadership kept cutting operations budget which was badly needed.

      Pros

      Being in an international role, I had the opportunity to work with colleagues from the different Univar offices across EMEA which made the daily job culturally enriching. Multinational company with international growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Being focused on the chemical market, the company is not focused enough on putting the customer first. Improvements needed in terms of overall marketing and communication.
