      Global company. Accesss to lots of products. Opp for growth if younare mgmt favourite.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Poor culture. High turn over rate. Poor rep in industry pricing not competitive.

      Pros

      Work together to achieve our goals. The employees were my best friends and family. Univar was a great company to work for in the last 30 years.

      Cons

      Expect employees to work 12-18 hours a day. If you are not in the good old boys club, advancements or promotions are very limited.
