      Pros

      Good pay, nice environment, great people, casual dress code, very helpful in acquiring supplies needed, everyone works hard to deliver their own work load, monthly lunch celebrations, and helpful in answering questions. Great work life balance including working from home during harsh weather conditions.

      Cons

      Company is downsizing and getting rid of some of the amenities like the café and using vending machines instead.. Large kitchen areas for heating your own food which is mostly wasted space rarely more than 5 people using tables. As with any company there are those who are insecure in their jobs that cause unnecessary issues and worry. . .
