People in the trenches are understaffed and overworked. Technology is outdated. UVX is truly garbage. And you’re expected to waste untold hours logging every fart in Salesforce rather than bringing in business. Management leaves you to sink or swim. They expect work to get done, but don’t care if you have access to the tools or information you need to accomplish it. I’ve never worked in a place before where it was acceptable to just ignore requests for help. Layoffs and more layoffs. Sad little bonuses. Bad morale – due to all of the above and so much more.

Management that doesn't understand the business of Distribution. Its not rocket science. Experienced people no longer there to guide new employees, and the ones that are left, are afraid for their jobs so they will not challenge management. Too many Executive level polo shirts that manage by numbers and wasted money on consultants.
