Pros

At first, it was a great company to work for. Many great people that were there and excited to be with the company. Customer focused and wanting to make a difference

Cons

Became very profit focused. Employees became numbers instead of people. There can be a balance between profit and positive work environment, but there was not a balance.

Good benefits. Free to do what needs to be done to succeed. you are accountable for your own territory of action.

Cons

Very little managerment overview, you are left in the dark as to your performance, but then they say you did not meet expectations and refuse to give you a decent salary raise.
