      Cons

      Poor on-boarding - not a lot of clear direction or focus on operations and processes which results in reactionary action. Groups are misaligned with respect to skills and there is no action plan to work out of it. Metrics heavy - no established 'goal' in place besides beating previous year's month. not a whole lot of coaching

      Easy work, great coworkers, bad management

      The work is easy, family oriented so its simple to take time off, and pay is decent

      Cons

      no room to move up in the company, too many cheifs. management rushes everything which causes a lot of mistakes. "bonuses" are based off company profit not you as an individual.

      everything is extremely corporate and they change your job tasks constantly
