      Rewarding job- I feel appreciated for the work I do. Perks: Two 15 minute breaks per day in addition to 1 hour lunch, jeans Wednesday-Friday.

      High stress, poor management

      Good benefits, co-workers, teamwork at local branch, excellent pay

      Cons

      Constant change with processes and procedures, sometimes reverting back to what was previously done in the past. The recent change in management affected the manager and the work environment. Too much focus on statistics and bottom line, micro managed. The company has had its up & downs with senior management over the years. The message from my manager was not consistent and it was no longer a fun place to work. The company itself is OK.

      Toxic work environment with a low level of morale. The turnover is very high and management is too disconnected to understand the issues.
