Internal frustration and morale are horrible.

This company has too much politics and no direction. They need restructuring and fresh management. A management that cares about people and understands the value of employees and their knowledge. The ever-changing management hardly understands the chemical distribution industry. The IT department is the worst. They lack energy, creativity and honesty.
