Cool brand, free stuff at the office in Scotts Valley. CEO seems like a nice guy and cares.

Cons

Innovation has died. Internal culture of a meeting for everything, they can go on for hours with no agenda and no takeaways! Middle managers don't delegate anything and don't realise the talent they have within the company. Needs big changes to grow again - company doesn't like talking about its failures internally.
