UDI is growing! As the company grows, we need more space.

Where do I start? The pay is bad to mediocre. Benefits are practically non-existent. The current management is very poor. Office politics are rampant. The office environment is a soul sucking shack (Its an old warehouse style building), its dirty, no windows, tin roof (so when it rains...). Workstation ergonomics are the worst Ive ever seen in IT (started having back pain 1 week in). Management is completely clueless. A more competent regime was replaced by the owner's son and his yes man (both of which had zero prior experience in management and the owner's son had zero prior experience as management or any experience with the IT industry) just before I arrived. Employee retention is a major problem (for obvious reasons). 3 key employees quit in the 6 months I was there. High expectations with little to no direction or guidelines to meet expectations. This is all just a sign of the deplorable management situation. I really could just go on and on but I wont.
