Let's start with the people: everyone you meet is happy to help guide you and collaborate with you. Teamwork is our key to success. If you're new to the industry, getting the hang of things can be overwhelming, but UDI provides excellent training and resources to help you succeed. Next up is the company's culture. UDI's leadership team values your input and maintains a positive place to work. From employee recognition, the flexibility to work remotely, and wellness initiatives to crawfish boils, UDI never fails to show up for their employees. UDI encourages you to take ownership and run with it, and we help each other to achieve our shared goals. Overall, I am proud to work for UDI and I look forward to continue growing alongside them.

I very much enjoy my job at UDI. It feels good to know that management has the confidence in their people to get the job done. Managers, department leads, and all team members are never too busy to help or point you in the right direction. I enjoy the team-like approach that all are working towards one goal. UDI takes a lot of pride in the people they hire- which I think is very important and has a positive impact on company culture. I appreciate the work life/balance that this company offers as well. I think UDI does a great job at keeping up with the modern employee needs and allowing a hybrid (office/remote work) schedule when needed. This definitely makes juggling life easier.
