      Pros

      The company strides to make their employees better. They never stop pushing employees to further their education, be better techs, and strive at better customer service. You truly will feel like you are part of a work family. They care about their employees, which in this day and age, is one in a million.

      Good people to work with, clients are typically good to work with as well, wide range of clients so there is a lot to learn, benefits are good.

If you're new to the industry, getting the hang of things can be overwhelming, but UDI provides excellent training and resources to help you succeed. Next up is the company's culture. UDI's leadership team values your input and maintains a positive place to work. From employee recognition, the flexibility to work remotely, and wellness initiatives to crawfish boils, UDI never fails to show up for their employees. UDI encourages you to take ownership and run with it, and we help each other to achieve our shared goals. Overall, I am proud to work for UDI and I look forward to continue growing alongside them.
