      UDI has great benefits, cares about company culture, and the management team communicates well. They genuinely care about everyone on the team, and work to provide training and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      The current office might be the only downside, but there's a new building in progress.

      Pros

      UDI is one of the best companies to work for. The entire management team is constantly striving to better company procedures and make sure the employees are achieving their goals and are feeling fulfilled in their work. I also really enjoy the company of my coworkers. They truly are genuine, talented people who work hard and are happy to do so.

      Cons

      We have outgrown our building... but UDI will soon be moving to a bigger space.
