They only care about pushing you to work and complete unrealistic deadlines. A lot of the work ends up being a waste of time because management have no idea how to schedule projects properly. - No opportunity to move up within the company - Company screwed over loyal employees by moving HQ to Arizona - Terrible raises - No bonus - No loyalty from management - Hardworking and loyal employees are not rewarded, but are pushed harder to work and expected to keep working at a fast pace - Stocks are dropping
