Felt like I worked with a good team of nurses, doctors, and other staff. For the most part, anyone not in a position of corporate power felt like they cared about doing their job well and caring for patients.

Cons

Management not listening to staff, constant short staffing, high patient/nurse ratios (regardless of acuity), and lack of structure to keep staff safe. New graduate nurses frequently given unsafe assignments to "break them in". So busy and so short staffed we couldn't take lunch breaks, but then got in trouble when we didn't take lunch breaks.
