Can be very dangerous work

Do not join the Legal Department unless you want to work in a department where yelling is permitted, favoritism abounds, and the goal is to do more with less. Yes, you read that right - employees are regularly yelled at and belittled, and there are no repercussions for the yelling. There are favorites within the Department who are treated better than everyone else. The rules only apply to everyone else, but not to the favorites of the managers. The Department (like most Departments at UHS) is understaffed, and the staff are repeatedly asked to do more work with the same amount of resources. Save your mental health, and don't join.
