Cons

To expensive !! It's so sad. I sign up for health coverage so I can start my regular checkups without having to pay out of pocket like crazy. Then all of a sudden, a month later our CEO tells us our facility is closing in 2 months. YAY!!!! So not only did I just lose a $100 out of my next check; but I also lost a whole day's pay due to full time hours being reduced back to 32. This year has started off as the worst all because of UHS. 4yrs of my life that I will never get back. *WARNING* Do Not Apply for any job at UHS Facilities!!!!

Pros

Great department manager, decent benefits, lots of autonomy as long as referrals stayed high.

Cons

Using PTO days to "flex" was mandatory if census was low.
