Pros

Helping children and adolescents is very rewarding. The new CEO is awesome and very supportive.

Cons

Some people have "jobs" that a monkey could do and aren't legitimate whatsoever nor do they contribute to the facility at all. Staffing coordinator has no accountability for her mistakes and blames the MHT's for everything. MHT's ONLY receive support from the CEO and othes working the unit (nurses, charge nurses, and other MHT'S).

Pros

UHS is a large company with career growth potential. Excellent health care benefits. Opportunities for relocation all over the country.

Cons

Corporate is distant from the individual facility which allows for facility administrators to vary in skills, personalities, and style. Getting stuck with an egocentric administrator or CEO in a salaried position in a right-to-work state leaves no job security or options to improve the facility conditions.
