      Learning how to take back stabbing from management

      Cons

      Ceo cares for nothing but filling beds for her pockets, not her staff safety or patients safety. Turn over rate is high, staff moral is low, management is a total joke all the way around. Stay away if you are smart

      Interesting clients and learning experience while getting hours toward licensure

      Cons

      Ancient computer system, data entry is the focus of the job. No forward progress as a company. Fortune 500 company but wage is not great.... unless you're corporate CEO level. High staff turnover so everyone is inexperienced or burnt out, frequently short staffed.
