      Pros

      some good and dedicated people work at their hospitals- however their work ethic is exploited by UHS

      Cons

      Corporate medicine is bad for people whether you are a patient or a an employee--UHS is so profit driven that they short change everyone in their attempt to maximize profits from year to year. There hospitals are under staffed, their staff are young and under trained. Patients and staff are unsafe.
