      National presence and good asset base. Company is standardizing their healthcare infrastructure and support model.

      Cons

      Corporate is distant and unresponsive to facility management and direction needs. Support model for urgent issues is non existent and recurring issues go unresolved.

      Easy hire because they don't really care who they employ within their unit. Especially SMTC.

      Cons

      No experience, high turnover rate, SMTC is ran by nurses, no order or structure.
