      This is a well-run company that is conservative in its management style. The company does not adopt the fad-of-the-week, like many businesses do, but has maintained its focus during up and down business cycles. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company for people who seek out opportunities.

      Not as flexible with work schedules as other companies, does not allow working from home, dress code is not casual.
