Never fully staffed, poorly run, extreme inefficiency; massive disconnect between corporate/administration/management and the true realities staff are facing. Employees are placed in high-pressure situations with not enough available equipment, staff, medications, you name it. Morale has gone downhill for going on 8 years, and continues to trend down.
