Good benefits Excellent shift differentials Generous PTO Staff can be like family

Cons

Administration sucks Schedules are not flexible A lot of favoritism amongst managers and staff Little to NO opportunity for advancement Very RN centric company even though others works just as hard. No patient to staff ratios. Underpaid for the amount of work and personal risk to your safety you have to take working there.
