The worst job i ever held

Pros

There are no pros in working at ULS. You will meet some of the most hardworking people and yet the company is going to drive them to their limits

Cons

From the scheduling of the employees itself and the work you have to do. The work is basically you will be saying the same lines, talking to the same people every day, about the same job. It gets very repetitive. Doing your job great does not result to you getting promoted nor a raise, but it means that they will give you the workload other people are supposed to be working on. The managers are very political. It’s just the worst company to work for.

Pros

Work is easy, pay is normal, benefits are good, your team and co-workers are excellent, opportunities for upward movement, your work feels meaningful

Cons

had a very weird encounter with upper management where they tried to gaslight me, upper management is completely out of touch with what's happening in the industry, upper management is prone to put pressure on your managers, which puts pressure on you - for no real reason or benefit

Micromanaging Nightmare!

Pros

I suppose the remote opportunities, but good luck getting along with the team in-office.

Cons

I had a terrible experience working for an awful company with a rude CHRO and strict micromanagement. The company's culture was disheartening, with the CEO and HR director embodies rudeness and hostility. Employees were subjected to constant scrutiny and control, leaving no room for autonomy or personal growth. The oppressive atmosphere resulted in high turnover and diminished morale. I strongly advise avoiding this company if you value a positive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
