Pros

Great benefits (free concerts, health care, 401k match, student loan assistance, etc) Good training that will serve you well wherever you end up

Cons

Incredibly toxic work environment (was constantly gaslit by team members and felt very unsupported) Crazy hours and terrible pay (worked between 60-70 hours a week regularly and was still considered rent poor)

Pros

- good benefits - free concerts

Cons

- everything else - underpaid, overworked, horrible work culture, bosses that abuse their power and HR violations - almost zero diversity which for the MUSIC industry is outrageous
