Pros

Exposure to large music industry giants and managing their revenue and communications with finance teams

Cons

Sold as a finance job but really and accounting/ revenue recognition job. Over worked and way underpaid for industry standards. No real growth within role very stagnant

Pros

Benefits are great, pay is attractive and remote work too.

Cons

VP of logistics is a fire breathing dragon that will blame you constantly from errors they made before you are hired and expects you to correct them. Within 1 week of employment you start seeing a toxic work environment. Upper management has more fun playing blame game than supporting employees. Management expects you to work 10 and 12 hours per day with no extra pay.
