Pros

I got hired during the pandemic and they’ve been great with everything. Benefits are amazing. Everyone is very professional.

Cons

They need to let some departments stay remote if they want to. changing the reopening date indefinitely is not working for me, it’s been a year and a half and I need to be able to plan my life.

Pros

The name UMG on your resume, 401k

Cons

Very dated culture with a bunch of old guys calling the shots for artists. You would think things would change in this industry by now. Weed out the old white male dinosaurs and bring in a diverse set of people. Not about supporting artists only care about profits. Also very disjoined place. It could be a huge collaborative amazing place but instead its separated by individual labels dueling against eachother and not collaborating.
