best way to learn how music business works, also it's a good opportunity to have an experience a music and brands collaborations, that means to learn how to create unique brand strategies with artist's participation.
Cons
no problems generally, it would be much easier to work in this company if people would have more time to share their unique experience with over colleagues, but due to a lot of work more experienced colleagues don't have this opportunity.
