      Pros

      An atmosphere that any college grad will be excited to work in and learn the industry. Long hours but great work ethic among other employees. I was able to introduce change and streamline old processes easily. Seeing bands at night was a great perk.

      Cons

      No cons. It's sad times change and industries such as music has been so hard. My experience was during the high times. Only a few of my friends made it through all the mergers and downsizing.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Steady job. Not a good place if you want to move up on the ladder. Good 9-5 job.

      Cons

      No room for growth. No raises. No bonuses. You can get comfortable with your job quickly and get stuck.

      Pros

      The company was very flexible with time off and appointments (doctors, dentists, etc). We enjoyed a TON of perks like free concert tickets and meet&greets.

      Cons

      A lot of the management and employees aren't required to have a college degree. Also, home office was very corporate. The dress code was almost too lax.
