Pros

Free CD's Was allowed to be creative

Cons

Cheap labor, they rely on interns My internship was cut short months before my internship ended due to a merge which I understood but towards the end I felt bullied and pushed out. HR are useless Very cliquey - as a newbie you can feel very isolated Was provided with no training as an intern. Was payed an intern wage to manage a part of the business.

Pros

- A great way to learn the about the music and entertainment business. - A great place to establish a network within the industry.

Cons

- Compensation is well below industry standard for most employees. - They are slow to evolve as seen by other companies taking the lead in the digital era.
