Pros

People and segment, that is very exciting and dinamic

Cons

No career evolution, bad management, there are no leaders, extra hours work with no rewards, non equal benefits; HARD sexism, unprepared employees in high positions. A lot of people appropriates of others work (lower level people) to its own benefit - no meritocracy policy. It seems we are working in a company of the beginning of past century. Place to work, furniture, equipment... everything is old. Extremely bad conditions of working. We almost have to pay to work here, take job home to be able to deliver everything in the quality demanded . Also, the amount of individual work is completely unbalanced, some people has too much to do, some people has too much FREE TIME. It´s revolting! There are to much to improve, there are to much to change!!!
