Pros

Universal is a company that gets a lot of recognition and there are a lot of perks. You get to work with great artists and be apart of a pretty relaxed and comfortable work environment

Cons

There is always a feeling that the company is downsizing - and support from upper management is few and far between.

Pros

Keeping trying and it will work out. It really will work out for the best so hang in there ok.

Cons

I like the autonomy and getting to know all of the people here at UMG. There are so many people.

Pros

The perks: get to meet artists, free shows, reputable name.Great resume booster and great experience, although you may leave jaded.

Cons

Senior level execs don't seem to "get it." Results are not measured in innovation, but monetary success. The entire psyche and system is in dire need of a complete overhaul.
