      Interesting product & industry Great team in Denmark

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to strategy, objectives. Hiring process is too easy, therefore they hire incompetent people not able to perform basic tasks & pass all the responsability on their employees. They do not pay attention to discrimination, offensive vocabulary, therefore it creates a very toxic environment. Do not expect to grow profesionally at Ur!

      Innovative company, cool product, lots of smart people.

      Cons

      Company's attitude definitely makes you feel more like a resource than a person, and you'll be shifted between projects / teams without any notice. Almost no room for career growth, and no flexibility around remote work.
