Pros

Flexible work schedule, friendly environment, and plenty of opportunities to branch out into different areas of the park or even different departments

Cons

shifts are given out based on seniority. when you first get hired it’s hard get yourself in a good place on the roster to get a steady flow of shifts-this is also affected by peak seasons
