Pros

Every day is different and the job is easy. The discounts are great, too! I like the team member grills as well.

Cons

Hours are inconsistent weekly unless you're full-time and they may schedule you strangely to where you have nothing to do all day (which is a con for me, but may be a pro for others).

Pros

Really upbeat environment, employees are highly invested in their work and the company has a really good sense of employee appreciation and acceptance. I was happy working there, and when I had trouble managers were nice and understanding. Growth mindset environment.

Cons

Really far away for me: scheduling is a bit whacky if you are on call or scheduled only a few days.
