What pros? Management is nice to your face but will not hesitate to turn around and stab you in the back.

Cons

You’re expected to know EVERYTHING from day one and GOD forbid you make mistake. It gets blown WAY out of proportion and you’re treated like the only nurse ever who has made a mistake. Leadership is biased towards certain nurses and the politics are worse and more crooked than those of Trump’s administration.

PTO begins at 8.63 hours per paystub and can accumulate fast. Flexible. They let you be creative and create a new process. Room to grow but higher ups are not humble people.

Cons

No maternity leave, No bereavement, Your holidays will be deducted from your PTO bank. No tattoos, piercings, colored hair for HR. No hybrid available. A little bit unstructured,
