Pros

Health insurance benefit is great if you are sick. You pay regular monthly price for privilege, but if you get sick, your medical care is virtually free. Other health benefits are nothing exceptional.

Cons

Management treats inexperienced employees as seasoned professionals which hurt your reviews. Department does not communicate job changes/updates to all employees so everyone is doing their job correctly. They are certainly not proactive when it comes to employee training. Pay is low, but company expectations are high.
