      Pros

      I worked at the RBG clinic in Ambulatory & Family Medicine. Benefits & as a first job experience, but that's about it.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, training period very short, FAVORITISM obvious. You can climb the ladder if you brown nose the right admin., coworkers rude & are not helpful. Employees are out to climb the ladder & will do anything to get there at your expense.

      Pros

      Good health insurance and great place to learn. Pay was competitive.

      Cons

      No work life balance. I received phone calls from leadership at all hours of the day and on weekends. CEO is no longer there but he was very corrupt.
