Pros
Very few pros, Cafeteria on site is just about the only good thing the job. Other employees are very friendly.
Cons
No training given to perform role; this includes no system software program training, no program familiarization. Unclear expectations and expectations constantly change. You can't time time off during the first 3 months or you'll be fired, not even for bereavement. Your not a permanent employee until 3-6 months after your start date and if you are let go during this probationary period you won't get your PTO earnings paid out. (HR doesn't tell you this)
