      Pros

      Largest medical center in San Antonio with new facility and nice ambiance within new facility.

      Cons

      Rules are not used to make things better. Rules seem to be used only to benefit those in power. Leadership seems to be inconsistant and HR seems to support only the VPs or what they want. We have a nice facility, but our EMR never seemed to work correctly. It was unavailable more than I'd ever seen at a hospital. Some of the IT people seemed to make excuses that did not make sense.

      Pros

      Good benefits and helps the low wage population. County hospital is nice for county facility.

      Cons

      There's are some great employees, but it seems that many of the good are leaving:(. Its sad because many of the folks that have new and fresh ideas are forced out. No tolerance for positive change.
