Not any, the benefits are trash because they're cheap.

Cons

I am not big on missing work, so when I tell my supervisor/manager I need time I hope it would be equal across the board. Unfortunately that was not the case, there's blatant favoritism that nobody tries to hide. Errors that are the exact same as others may only count for you and not the other person with the exact same error situation
