      Pros

      Excellent pharmacy benefits, free pharmaceutical products via mail. Locations all over town. Matching retirement plan. Occasional yearly $100 bonus. New Brady Green building.

      Cons

      Almost impossible to climb up the ladder. Leadership has obsolete ideas. Not open to suggestions. Absolute lack of integrity and confidentiality. Whatever you do, do not file a complaint about a supervisor because he or she will be informed immediately of everything you said. This will lead to retaliation and you getting fired.

      Feel valued and enjoy work. Most residents collaborate well, attendings not as much. Patients usually happy with care.

      Managers who have held the same role for 20 years....needs a shakeup to prevent the good ol boy network sinking the ship.....Could be world class if management would lead instead of worrying about looking good to others
