hey it pays the bills.

Cons

The schedule is never consistent, the managers don't do anything but sit in office and play on Facebook all day. The supervisors under them don't do their job either they push to the ones under them.

Help desk team is full of nice friendly people - the manager is also super nice and understanding. They will train you and help you anytime you need. Really a great place to work. The tech center is also home to all the IT departments so getting information from other teams is only a few feet away. Loved my time here. Great healthcare package. Easy interview process.

Cons

Pay was low compared to other companies. Took about 2-3 months to go from applying to employed. Work hours tough (some people work a split shift) but most work normal hours. The help desk is 24/7
