      Pros

      Medical benefits are good but not worth staying in that department.

      THE MANAGEMENT TEAM STARING FROM THE TOP CHRO. HR has been terrible for years, the have the worst turnover but cover it up by changing everyone to PRN when they quit. They also have had integrity reports on them and they somehow never get investigated. Everyone is overworked, underpaid and the Exec. Director is constantly screaming. She is incompetent and can never do work on her own.. someone must stand behind her to make sure she does it correctly.

      Pros

      Flexible Schedule as PRN for techs in the ER which is great for going to school.

      Cons

      Working in the ER as a tech in a Lvl 1 Trauma center is as stressful as it sounds. But the unit is well staffed for the volume of patients seen.

      Pay and insurance is cheaper, but you are only able to see university/ut health providers which can be frustrating.
