Pros

Help desk team is full of nice friendly people - the manager is also super nice and understanding. They will train you and help you anytime you need. Really a great place to work. The tech center is also home to all the IT departments so getting information from other teams is only a few feet away. Loved my time here. Great healthcare package. Easy interview process.

Cons

Pay was low compared to other companies. Took about 2-3 months to go from applying to employed. Work hours tough (some people work a split shift) but most work normal hours. The help desk is 24/7

Great learning environment, management is very receptive to staff needs and concerns, top notch institution.

Cons

The only downside I can think of would be the pay rate being so small.
