      Learning Hospital, good to learn basics.

      Cons

      Busy floor, apathetic unit managers where I worked. Didn't take care of their own, let others take advantage of new nurses.

      * Benefits are great * Set hours with no on call or evenings * Work with other disciplines and gain medical knowledge * Learn how a health care system works

      * Management was not professional in my department (she was a first time manager so giving her some grace) * Hard to help patients navigate through systems due to complexities of a health care system
