The environment is decent, People have generally been pleasant to work with. PTO and Insurance is excellent.

Cons

Pay is terrible relative to similar positions. My pay was reduced from 25 an hour to 19.62 an hour despite filling the same role after being converted from a contract position.

It's a good system of hospitals and clinics. For full-time employees, the insurance is great.

Cons

The pay is pretty awful, especially considering the fact that I don't even get benefits as a PRN employee.
