Great co-workers. Loved the job I did. Short distance from my house. *More of a con, they just got rid of mandatory pantie-hoes like 4 months ago*

Cons

Upper management is lacking innovation/skills. Pay is very low and annual merits of only 2% - 4%. Very stressful environment. High turnover. No work life balance. PTO earned is used for holidays, sick time, breathement, ect. No room for growth. Suit and tie environment.

My direct supervisor is very flexible. I work outpatient and it's nice to have a m-f 8-5 job. I enjoy my work and the patients that I work with

Cons

Work life balance is a joke and self care is not taken seriously. They have made it very challenging due to running too thin with staffing. Pay is lower than at any other hospital system in San Antonio
